Getting a program error...when importing free agent offers

Gang-Been running the game fine since the day it came out...currently have 5.14b and have windows 2000.

Worked fine about three hours ago, I open up and import free agent offers.....goes to SF...

I usually import lineups then import free...

I usually import lineups then import free agents(we are in the free agency period). Only happens with this file.

All other online leagues I am in or help commish in are fine.

It is in my OOTP5...

Fan Interest and TV Contracts..erased

Another 5.13 issue.....

Well....2nd week into our league(2nd sim year), players with little or "no" major league expierence now have contracts....example Rocco Baldelli went from 300k to over 5mil.....

Steve-1st time I posted this....After downloading service pack 3, it worked like a charm. Yesterday a friend installed an EA Sports game.

Now when I start the game it gives me the same error...

Program Error....Help!!!!

After reinstalling Windows 2000...About five minutes into game I keep getting same program error that shuts game down.

OOTP5.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows. You will need...
