I really can't proceed with the way the coach is...

I really can't proceed with the way the coach is handling my players and I want to play it.... Is a trade my only option right now?

Can someone here tell me if prospects generate a random peak ability when they are generated? A know a competitor uses this method so that lower picks have a small chance to be successful...
