Game cannot run on ultra-wide (Ultra WQHD) monitor (Mac)

I have a WQHD monitor with a resolution of 3440x1440. If I drag the game from my macbook laptop screen to the monitor, the game becomes extremely zoomed in and cannot be played.

Team Chemistry Screen Confusion

Looking at the attached screenshot, it doesn't make much sense for my bench coach to say things are bad. No one dislikes him, everyones morale is great, etc.

Am I able to export the league file within the game much like I can in OOTP?

Opener Strategy Slider

I am playing in GM Only mode but under Strategy I slid the Use Opener slider all the way to the right.

In my first 16 games, an opener was only used in 2 games.
