Seems to be a similar issue with base stealing....

Seems to be a similar issue with base stealing. max rating base stealers are out almost every time, even against very poor catchers. It removes all value of the speed tool.

Kind of curious why OOTP inputs every keystroke whenever it is in focus, rather than just listening for commands? Aside from where that might be a bit of a security concern to some, it interferes...
