Yes, that worked. I also noticed an easier thing to do (which I expect will work) is just go into the settings and make it so that it doesn't generate away uniforms.

I'm confused why it would even let there be 38 players in a 25-player list to begin with.

anyway, I moved a bunch of them out although that meant putting lots more players on irrevocable waivers...
