Force start of playoffs no tiebreakers

Does anyone know if we will have the option to not have tiebreaker games at the end of a season and just go directly to playoffs? Pretty please with sugar on top include this option.

What is the most amount of teams anyone has ever had in their world without the game crashing? Does the crashing have more to do with the computer your using or the game itself?
