Coach shopping list in GM only mode

When playing GM only it would be cool for your coach to have his three biggest priorities for player additions.

For example a Colorado coach might show

1. Young top pair D

I like the idea of ratings for both the ceiling and the risk because that would make scouting for a draft much more effective and probably improve the drafting experience a good deal.
