It's quite obvious when you read their scouting reports and they say theyre not any good. If they're rated top 100 prospects Id say they're pretty good sir. As for Cargo the guy was in the running...

This is getting frustrating. I replaced the files and still dont see alot of changes. Carlos Gonzalez is very under rated as are many prospects. I listed all od this in the Roster post on this board....

I downloaded the latest version of ootp12 and the ratings stiill seem off on players like cargo sano trout and other top 100 prospects and other playrs. Will this be fixed?
