Just as an update on this, whatever happened...

Just as an update on this, whatever happened prior to 1993 didn't happen prior to 1994, so I'm assuming it's just something I did wrong and didn't know about. Oh well.

I changed nothing in the league setup besides the league structure. I added the teams after proceeding to the new year but prior to signing coaches.

I didn't know about the guide before doing this...
