Suspensions/If I am the Commisioner

If I am playing in Commisioner mode, shouldn't I be levelling suspensions, rather than the email coming up and telling me the commish's office has suspended someone?

How do you manually turn players into coaches?

I'm looking at the player editor, all it allows me to do is change their positions. How would I manually convert a player to a coach? Thanks

Thanks. I've tried acting as the commish. I still can find no way to suspend players on my own or force managers to give players what they're asking without taking over the contract negotiations...
