Injury rehab

In my league, the other organizations are sometimes sending players to Triple-A on injury rehab. But I havn't figured out how to do that myself. Any thoughts on this?

I have the same problem. I havn't found a winning formula. I usually let the computer manage the pitching and defensive strategy and I give up 1-5 runs per game, but I still only score 2-3 and lose....
