I actually think the Houston Tempests are worse. Apparently, they kept failing horribly and changing their name in Portland before they threw in the towel and relocated?

It's the main toolbar, along the bottom. It doesn't happen every time; it seems to be random, but is persistent when it does happen. (i.e. clicking many times doesn't stop it)

When I click on some of the icons on the toolbar, the OOTP webpage loads. This is... rather annoying.
