Where to place new logos?

Playing OOTP10 and want to add new logos. Where do I paste them once I have them all copied? I can't seem to find the folder in the game that holds the logos.

All star rosters available??

Is there a roster pack available for OOTP10 that uses the best players in each teams history? Kind of like an All-star roster for each team using players from say the 1920's to present?
