He is the 3rd pitcher (5 man rotation) in a start the highest rested pitcher. I have tried switching to a strict order but it did not make any difference.

On my team I have one starting pitcher (set as SP) who is continually bypassed when his turn in the rotation comes-up. If I manage the game he is supposed to start - the team has no starting...
