Sorry my previous reply was unclear. ZoneAlarm is both the firewall and the antivirus software. I am not using another separate firewall or antivirus other than ZoneAlarm. OOTP still does not...

Changed the DEP setting as you suggested,...

Changed the DEP setting as you suggested, restarted my PC, disabled firewall, but the game still does not launch (same message, "ootp10.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close").
