Hey guys.

I dunno if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a weirdity with the game. My general manager for the Mesa Cubs decided to give me only 5 players for the start of the rookie league...

You may need to move the contents of the OOTP 6.5...

You may need to move the contents of the OOTP 6.5 folder into the OOTP 6 folder.

There is already a file named 'elicen40.dll' in the OOTP 6 folder, so if you try opening 6.5 from there it may work.
