This is the error i get.

Could not initialize installation. File size expected=1972043840, size returned=13911525. This function is only valid in Win32 mode.

I'm having the same problem, with the setup file and the demo. I'm using Windows 98 with a cable modem along with AOL. I use download accelerator. I use IE as well. Yes, I also have Winzip.
