ok finally got this to work. I moved the folders...

ok finally got this to work. I moved the folders that wouldn't delete into another folder and downloaded and installed 6.5 again. Thank you Mr. Kuffrey and PAR65.

However, now I have useless...

I tried deleting the folders, but the Data folder in 6.5 could not be deleted. I try deleting it and it says the Data folder is not empty so I click on properties and...

I bought OOTP 6 and 6.5 at the end of January, the game was working fine for about 2 weeks, had no problems whatsoever. I have no idea how but somehow I think I got a virus. I cleaned that out enough...
