Human Managers are setting up their 5 or 6-man pitching rotations with the "Strict Order" rotation mode. However, when the games are run, the AI is skipping the fifth and six pitchers repeatedly.

Update

So I gave one of my other league members "commissioner" status and had HIM try to upload the league from his house. File went up without a problem. So the issue is either with my router or my ISP....
