All I see is money available for FAs and cash. It doesn't mention a limit, what it is, or how close I am to it. Then the next season I can't sign...

In those games I think the developers focus more on the actual gameplay itself than it's own player ratings. I never see any realistic numbers in either of those...

Can't get passed loading screen.
Game starts up, Sports Interactive Loading...
and after about 45 seconds, it crashes.
I'm running a 1 GHZ Athlon processor with 512 MB memory and a 64 MB video card.

I'm fairly certain the license was 3rd party...
I'm fairly certain the license was 3rd party only. IE: Sony can make an MLB game for it's own Playstation 2, Microsoft can make a game for XBOX, etc...
So, all ootpd has to do is become...
