Long-time OOTP Franchise fan here! I’ve always been super into it and then I stumbled upon this new button on the front page called Perfect Team. And just like that, I was hooked. Actually, my journey started way back with FPS Baseball 94, which totally feels like the inspiration for OOTP. The similarities are wild—so many ideas seem straight out of that game.
Since I'm a huge fan of this franchise, I'm always up for sharing what I've learned and maybe even giving some tips on how to enjoy it even more.

And Sweden got another Eurovision win, with Finland having getting popular vote, that was fun evening. Who doesn’t know what I’m talking about then it’s not really about Will Ferrell and Iceland, but close enough.
In other news, got just eliminated in Division series by stuff that I knew is going to byte me … lack of run production. As usual, got upgrades from missions related to pitching only and also Buy Orders cleared for pitchers only, went a little higher with Jackson Merrill who is definitely fun and a long term investment. As there are no Future Legends missions yet, means paying a little premium currently for a regular is rather good move … at least I hope so.
This team dominated defensively entire league, but got into trouble in May when offense just crashed together with bullpen. What I did learn was to leave lineups alone because these slumps go away eventually and there isn’t much in roster moves that can affect that, making hasty decisions will hurt even more usually.
Season MVP for Flayers → Rube Foster with 5.2 WAR and 17-10 record. Socks Seybold was phenomenal compared to everyone else in batting lineup but that WAR just fell short.
Most of the seasonal targets where met, only one obviously failing which is related to offense. For next season I need to find someone with good SECA rating as that would have really positive impact to run production. It would replace Mo Vaughn who clearly didn’t deliver, there are some cheap replacements available : Snapshot 92 Brian Giles, Live 97 Juan Soto, surely they can deliver more than 0.1 WAR over entire season. Both of those guys weakness is BABIP but everything else is just glorious.
