How to I make a player eligible for international amateur free agency?

So a glitch occurred whereby the upcoming class of IAFA was generated in my 16-team online league, but the signing period was not immediately locked out, so a few teams prematurely signed players.

IAFA is now locked out as it should be, but don't know when that occurred.

Regardless - I need to release these players from their teams, make them eligible for IAFA again, and restore the budgets of the teams that bought them.

How do I do this?

Might be easier to just delete them all and just attempt create them, that's straight forward. But it'd be nice to know if the above is possible.

I feel like it might be easier to delete them and then create new players that are IAFA eligible, but not sure how to do that either.
