Umpires, Scorecards, Bobblehead day

Umpires and umpire crews.

They would be listed for the games.

Each individual umpire would have personality traits. Hitter friendly, Pitcher friendly. Some call low pitches strikes. Easier to be influenced by catchers framing. Quick to toss guys, some more patient. Retirements and new members brought up from minors.

I'd like to see a printable scorecard generated after the game like the box score and game log.

Old versions of OOTP allowed us to pump up attendance with giveaways. Bobblehead, Jersey retirement day, something on a Tuesday evening vs a bad team to get some extra fans in the stadium.

Yes to all of the above -- would love to see adds to the game like this. For me, it adds additional immersion.

You are spot on -- been here since v4 and that was a feature in some of the early games.

I still have OOTP 6.5 installed on my work laptop to keep the game files small, and yes, would love to see the Promotion Days back again as well as the dating, marriage and having kids as a manager in a personal section, with the chance of having a son enter the game as a player later in life.

6.5. That was such an incredible leap forward for ootp. An expansion pack, it felt like a whole new game.

6.5 was where it felt like this little game had a bright future.
