kriscolic Minors (Double A) Join Date: Aug 2020 Posts: 134	unrandomized balks/pickoffs If balks and pickoffs aren't randomly occurring in OOTP, they certainly seem to be. I don't have an figures to support this (wouldn't know how to go about finding them, either), but my intuition is that these are not random events in real life. Runners who are far less likely than average to steal a base should also be far less likely than average to be picked off or to cause a balk, no? (And the opposite is likely to be true as well, one would think)
