With default value, 60 Stamina SP can throw 70-75. if they are maxed out(Red zone) they will throw about 90 but it's not a common situation.

IRL, 2023 average pitch count for SP was 88-89 while MLB count was 85-87.
Can you adjust value for this?

Also I simmulated to next year for let game recalculate itself, value was not changed.

I know users can change those values but most of users don't know about that.
About 5 people posted complains about this in our community last week.

The default value is Very Low / .850
If I change very low to normal, It's too strong but very low to low, still they are not enough.
So we need something between of them.
