Pitchers disappear during game

Using iOS 16.5.1 on an iPhone 13 Pro, OOTP Go! 24. The league is fictional.

During a specific game, I prepared to warm up a reliever, but only four of the 12 pitchers (including a starter and a position player who *can* pitch) showed up in the Bullpen page, all in yellow text. I tried to get around that by going to the Lineup (or whatever it's called) page to click on the "Show Pitchers" button, but that was gone too. I tried saving and quitting, then restarting; I tried quitting OOTP Go! and getting back in; I shut down the phone and restarted it: no dice. Same four pitchers.

A couple of instances of "save and exit" didn't take, so in each case the score went back to one or two previous innings.

I muddled through that game started the next one... and it seems to be back to normal.

If there's a solution, great -- I'm not really asking for one, though: just letting you know that this happened.
