Are the 'Universe - Team & Player Records' leaderboards ever going to function?

Hasn't this been busted for several years now? Any plans to make it work?

The next patch is PT24?
It's like the list of players in finished tournaments you can see be clicking the little + sign to the right of the tournament identifier. It used to be that you could click on that and find out who won. Now it's just a random list and never got fixed.
