AI Taking Over 2 Teams

Like the title says, AI has been making moves for 2 of my teams over the last 2-3 weeks. The AI is OFF for all decisions in the team control settings options. This happens randomly, I don't see a pattern that it's doing it at a set time. One of the teams, the move was made prior to today, the other team it just happened right as I logged in. I leave the teams alone during the week, I just log in daily for the rewards.

For some reason, Cory Snyder is the position player that is demoted on BOTH teams. I've emptied the reserve roster to the bare minimum I can and left the lowest possible rated players thinking the AI would leave things as is. The latest move was subbing in 42 Claudell Washington for Snyder. Also, it insists that I carry 13 pitchers when I carry 12 and always makes 1 change in the starting rotation on top of that. Luckily, it's left my main team alone, this only happens to my theme teams.

I'm baffled and not sure what to do, would like to see if someone can help me out with this.
