Team Management
Greetings from WA State.
I've done a search on the forum looking for ideas on how players manage their teams on a global basis. Not so much on the day to day level but when I want to see how all my teams (1 ML, 5 minor league teams) I go through various stat screens, development, etc. I created a custom report that I export to excel for the minor league teams that I'll look at once or twice a week to see how my players are doing. Kinda like when a real life GM gets a scouting report or organizational reports emailed to him. I'm a huge user of excel and I'd like to generate a spreadsheet or mulitple worksheets detailing how my players are doing on a global basis. For example, I see a series of worksheets detailing seasonal stats, what they did last week, lineups, ratings, etc. Especially when I'm on the go..I want to develop a report that I can read when I'm at work or riding the bus. Hopefully this makes sense. I understand that part of the beauty of OOTP is that it acts as a "paperless" game where everyting you need to know is at your fingertips. Sometimes I just want to create and sort stuff that would give me an idea of how all my players are doing. How do you keep track of your organization? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! |

I guess when I look at the game again..I could just build a custom report or multiple reports and then export it. Same for the other screens of the game. That may be the way to go.
