Real Time Sim over Multiple Days?

Found this thread for OOTP24 that wasn't working for someone:

However on OOTP25 this is not available for me, screenshot attached. Was this intentionally removed or is my game buggy?

"Start Real-Time Sim..." is right there in your screenshot. Did you press its button? The target date only shows up once you click it.
