Anyone could help me out? Idk how will i update it, since its in JPG format. I tried Photoshop but when I add text, its a little distorted.

Another question, how could I put it up as HTML? Thanks guys.

pat,

If your looking for an HTML page that will let you add text, your going to have to have at least Microsoft word (which can output html) or a webpage program like Frontpage (many others).

I have both. Any step-by-step instruction?

When I tried Frontpage, I inserted the JPG and I can't edit it. So, I tried Photoshop, when I added some text, it doesn't look good.

What I mean is your template is going to have to be built in Word or Frontpage. You can't add text on top of a graphic file easily. Your Newpaper "look" has to be built out of table cells, etc.
