Request - 24 Team League 120 games

The league has two sub leagues.
Each sub league has 3 conferences.

I would like to have all series be 3 games.
Play the other teams in your division 12 times (6/6 home/away)
Play the other teams in your sub league 6 times (3/3 Home/Away)
Play teams in other sub league 3 times(one series alternate home/away each year)

This should come out to 120 games over 20 weeks but a week off after 10 weeks for the all star break.
Two series each week. One M-Tu-W and one F-Sa-Su. Season start first week of April.
