i have been haviung this problem for weeks, month on my hp laptop with no help. im not a computer programmer or game designer. the stuff youre telling me to do isnt working. ive spent money on the game. ive spent money in the game. forced to "play: on my cell if you can even call it that. i would just love to be able to have the game experience i paid for

Yes, something in there was corrupted and caused issues when loading. We'll fix that to avoid it happening again, but hopefully should be good for you now.

Just an FYI I was running into this issue as well and renaming this folder fixed it for me. I attached the zipped folder if it helps
