Hi, I'm Robert Gordon. I am a prospect in the 1984 MLB Draft, which also features Barry Bonds, Randy Johnson, Barry Larkin, and more amazing prospects, just like myself. The called me "The Golden Hitter" in Jersey City, and I can see why. I hit that ball like there's no tomorrow. I also can field decently at the Major League level, and I have ok enough speed. Anyway, I need to see when my name gets called. Goodbye for now.

Pete Ueberroth: With the second pick in the 1984 MLB Draft, the Minnesota Twins select: Robert Gordon, Center Fielder, Rutgers.

I was drafted second overall by the Minnesota Twins. I have finally achieved my dream. 10 Years ago, I was one of the worst players on my team in 5th grade. Now I'm in the majors.
