Server problems - July 13.

Hey everybody,

unfortunately our backend service provider is experiencing problems with one of its server clusters, so you may not be able to log into PT at the moment. We will let you know once they have sorted out the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Tourneys still appear to be 'stuck' ?

Definitely not fixed.

Tourneys still stuck simulating or preparing.
Only a handful seem to be running.

What do we do about the auctions that got botched during the outage? I had 5 diamond cards sales dud, especially a SE Shoeless Joe Jackson that sold for 4.6k. That's a pretty big bummer.

I always use a buy-now price with auto-sell option turned off.

Card will be returned if not bought for the PP I want to have.

That wouldn't have helped though, It had a few bids and sold for just 4.6k. It just lost all it's steam when nobody could get on to keep bidding.

Starting bid and buy-now price should be seperated by 1 PP, like 5999 and 6000.
