Historical Challenge?

Are there any self-imposed challenges that people have come up with for historical mode? For instance, maybe start with the 2003 Detroit Tigers and make the World Series by 2006. Maybe you could even take it further by trying to win the World Series by then. I saw that Dr.K had created one or two a few years back, I was wondering if anyone else had any interesting ones to share.

Win the World Series with the 1916 Philadelphia Athletics. Reserve clause, rookies go to original teams, and you can't initiate any trade offers..
