Player picture import situation 11.2.18

OOTP in the new update has this to say:

When loading an existing league with 11.2.x for the first time, OOTP converts the player pictures from firstname_lastname.jpg/png to player_x.png. Build #17 will delete the old picture files while converting a league.

IN historic leagues this is a small problem. My photo folder has all the pictures in .jpg and so does a year by year photo file I keep on my desktop. When the game used to import by firstname_lastname.jpg it left it that way and if I found a better pic in my other folder on my desktop all I had to do was copy and paste and replace the the pic in the image folder. Now I have to find the player id# in the edit screen go to the image folder and search for that player pic in the new format and then convert the now pic to a .png form the rename it to ,png then copy and paste. I do not want to repace the image in my photo file as it will override the ole photo...I was told that I can go to the player profile and go to the the bottom og the screen and there should be a prompt to import new photo but there is not one and this could be because I do not use face gen which is disables and use historic photos...

I am adding two files to show that there is not prompt to import new picture. This is where support said it should be

If I am right IMHO this is a bad idea for historic players that use historic photos with facegen disables....

Any ideas for a work aound
