Looking for 16 team schedule
I've set my league up with 2 leagues of 8 teams in 2 divisions of 4 teams.
I am looking for either one of the two schedules described below: Each division plays in-division teams 18 times for a total of 54 games Each division plays the other division's teams in its league 12 times for a total of 48 games Each league plays the other league's teams 6 times for a total of 48 games This works out to a 150 game schedule and is probably easier than the one I'd rather use... play in-division 60 games (20 games vs each team) play other division in league 48 times (12 games vs each team) play other league 40 times (5 games vs each team) This is a 148 game schedule. I'd be open to using any other 16 team schedule that includes interleague play. Thanks.

There are various options close to what you are looking for in the schedule pack I created for 2007 from the 6.5 schedules created by others.
Ones that come to mind: 144 games 48 div, 64 non-div, 32 il 150 games 30 div, 40 non-div, 80 il (totally balanced) 162 games 66 div, 48 non-div, 48 il I would think the 162 game schedule would be perfect - simply remove 12 games (2h/2a each div opp.) to give you the 54-48-48 (150 games). This would give an extra 12 days off in the season though.... The 144 game sched could also be altered to fit you second scenario. Editting is simple, just open notepad and delete the games you don't want add the ones you do. Then just open the schedule in game and verify that everything is what you want..... |
