I was wondering in that case, maybe you can make one of Edith Houghton. I had an idea of one with her called the "Diamond Street Kids" in reference to her nickname and the book about her. Or maybe a logo with her for the Philadelphia Bobbies. I also had thought of the possibility of one of Leona Kearns too but I'm not sure what.

This did not work and I will try again I like the near-identical delivery poses but I tried to draw the lower resolution one and got totally lost. I'd have to start again I think, probably with the other picture. But I thought it would be fun to upload this anyway.



The Edith Houghton pictures are probably better - the one of her posing with the bat could make a good league logo



I put a hold on that book at the library, I will read it to my kid when it arrives, thank you.

That isn't that bad, certainly better than I could do! I think the way her head kind of morphs into the hat onto the left side is a bit odd looking but if you add hair over that it might look better? Aside from that I think it looks just great. I like how lanky you made her look because Leona was really lanky and apparently was 6 feet tall in real life!
