Making an Indians hat into a Phillies hat

I'm wondering if anyone thinks they might be able to help me turn Bob Feller into a Phillie.

Also, if it helps any, the period I'm in is actually a little before this, and the Phillies were wearing blue hats then with this logo:

That might make it a bit easier to do.
