Looking for feedback

Everyone,

I am looking to start a league and I am just looking for some feedback I would like to start a past season league but which year would everyone be intersted in ? (I would like it to be somewhere between 1990 and 1998)The league would start with the rosters of that season.
Adding real rookies each season. The website is all finshed I will have to modify it alittle when the year of the league is decided. The league would be simmed twice a week with each sim being one week. One feature of this league will be the abilty of owners to post news stories onto the website.

I have also decided if alot of people want we could run a draft to start the league. with any season form 1990-2002

Is this using PHP or what format....just wondering as this is something I would like to add to my league, if it's not overly complicated.

which baseball game are you guys playing...ootp4 or stb2003....please let me know. i am interested in joining....lets start it off with a draft

OOTP4 and STB2003 are essentially the same game, and they can be used together. I'm using STB2003, but it doesn't matter.

LEAGUE UPDATE!

Ok, I have listened everyone suggestions And
I am going to open the league. Email me your Name, E-Mail AIM, and the team you wish to have if you like to join. Note: The join form on the website doesn't work yet.
At this point We will have a intial draft
I am not sure on the year of the league but I think it will be 1994 (still taking suggestions) I have had many requests for 1994.
