My first question is where would I find the online manual for OOTP 27? The online manuals only go up to 2024. I'm trying to figure out how the players in the "Players promoted from International complex" figure into my team? Do I sign all of them either to a minor or major league contract then pout them into a minor league system or do I leave them alone and the assistant manager takes care of this? Thanks for the input.

International players will come in to your team one of two ways. 1) The international free agent period where you can sign players up to your international signing limit. 2) Your scout will also discover international players throughout the year. Both of these types of players will be placed in your international complex. You don’t need to do anything with these players, they will automatically be promoted to your lowest minor league team when they turn 20. Alternatively you can promote them before their 20th birthday. You may want to do that for a player who has current ratings more in line with your lowest minor league team, but you don’t have to.
