Feeder league modifiers?
I'm creating a new league and trying to do something a bit different. Specifically, I want the top players coming out of my feeder league to be major league ready so they can help immediately.
I've been playing with settings and the hitters work perfectly, the first round and a half can generally contribute right away. However, I can't get the pitchers to work. I've been messing with "Pitcher Dev. Speed" and that hasn't been working but then it hit me, I could increase the pitcher Player Creation Modifiers to give them a boost upon creation. However, when I went to that feeder league screen, it only shows "Sabermetric Player Creation Modifiers" and they seem to be for hitters only (see screenshot). I've never really messed with these before but shouldn't there be PCMs for feeder leagues? They exist for the Major League. Thanks for any help/direction. |

The sabermetric PCMs aren't just for hitters, they apply to pitchers too, despite the labels.
In feeder leagues the PCMs from whichever league it's feeding are used, in combination with the sabermetric PCMs. So if you wanted to increase certain things for pitchers, you'd adjust the PCMs on the Major League level. |

Thanks for the response. But if this is true, why does the game show/allow some (but not all) modifiers at the feeder league level? That seems kind of janky.
