Possible refund request

Hello, I purchased OOTP 25 on sale through Fastspring today. I have not activated it however, because I was not aware I could not have the steam version running at the same time as the Fast Spring version. So to me, this purchase was pointless, because I already own the game on steam, and can't run them concurrently.
