Poor Result in Movement Training Program Increased Velocity

I had a pitcher have a POOR result in the Movement program, and it said the velocity should decrease. However, he had an increase in velocity instead.

this is an example case that during the developmen lab the development engine is still running which can produce these results.

I think the problem and obviously will not be solved in this version is to completely change the scouting report, and that you can perceive these small changes that can come out of the lab.

I imagine that in the background the player was going to substantially increase his speed, but after the lab the speed decreased a little, but in general and the scouting report comes out the absolute value of the two activities is positive.

Which leaves the player a bit confused after reading the lab email.
