In this 1993 Replay, I've entered as the Rockies with all of the real history imported from 1992 and beyond. What's different from real life? So far, several different players are on the roster (who, in real life stayed in the minors), and different management decisions are made as the new GM, including getting lucky after putting Bryn Smith on waviers. Can young star Dave Nied help the Rockies to an above average year as an expansion team?

Check out the video to see a few live simmed games and managerial decisions made from the early 90's time period (double switches, deciding when to let pitchers hit, and more! Back when there was significantly different types of strategy involved)

Here's the latest from the 1993 simulated season. I am playing/simming every game. So far Rockies have been doing better than expected- is this due to the pitching coach? Mile High Stadium instead of Coors Field? Luck? You be the judge.

My Rockies are the opposite of last year (struggling bullpen, but hitting better), though a slightly better record so far than 1993. Could Bruce Ruffin be good trade bait if he turns things around?

19-year old Alex Rodriguez leading off for the Mariners. My Colorado Rockies are in full re-build mode (is it "re" build if you're a 2nd year expansion team? Maybe just "build" mode).

1994/95 Offseason & start of the '95 year. Rockies first year at Coors field, pitching staff getting DESTROYED.

Jeter leading off for the Yankees in '95 and still in first place after winning world series in the '94 replay sim.

Expos, despite seemingly rebuilding with offseason trades, in the hunt in the NL East. Which is STACKED!

Started sim in '93... have played out every game individually, as Rockies.

Currently now in '95, Giants and Mariners are going for it at the Deadline, but Braves & Blue Jays looking like the best teams at this point.

Marlins surprisingly good, but deep NL East may keep them from making the playoffs.

A-Rod, Jeter, both up & having great years. Can the Yankees catch the Jays?

Jays & Yankees go to a playoff to finish the season- meeting in the FIRST ROUND because of their records (one makes wildcard, one wins division w/ the best record in AL).

Both these teams are stacked, but Braves with over 100 wins are best team in baseball.
