Saving PT Tourney Rosters in OOTP Go

Is there a way to save PT tourney rosters in OOTP Go? I can't seem to find how to do it. I was working today and didn't have the time to manually reconstruct my default tourney roster after the AI blew up, err, reset my default roster.
