Creating a New League

Hi there... Once i start a file i want to be able to create a league within the file so like a Independent league type thing that is already in the game... Where about or how do i go about adding that to my save file.. SO like i want to create it while like the MLB is running... something like these leagues

My appologizes for the new thread I forgot that I created this one.... my other question is once the season is over say World Series is prob a good time to create the league to give the franchises time to sign players?

I just want to be able to have all of the other leagues that ootp has now and then add a league to the whole save not affiliated with MLB... if not can I take one of the current leagues in the game remove the affiliates and make them a Indy league?

As far as I know, you should be able to create a new league in the off-season. Just keep in mind that you may need to also create enough players to make sure the league is filled out properly. If you only have players and minors for an existing set of leagues, and suddenly you create a new one, your new league's clubs may not be able to sign enough free agents from the other leagues to fill their rosters.
