License release

I was upgrading my desktop and released my license on v20 properly before uninstalling on the old hard drive. But when I installed on the new computer, I couldn't license the game. It said I was all out of licenses.

I originally purchased the esellerate version back in March '19 and my license is only installed on my laptop, so there should be 1 install available.

I tried to submit a ticket through the knowledge base here (https://support.ootpdevelopments.com...ivation-issues) , but was given a page-not-found error.

Hey Cardinals,

Apologies about that issue getting us a ticket. Can you DM me your info about your license and i'll look at having that reset since it has used up all of it's activations. Just DM me the license key # and an email I can get back to you about this. I'll create a ticket for you and we can move forward with that.
