Could not connect! Please check your internet connection and restart OOTP

I've had this message for a week on start screen, and I can't log in to perfect team. I reinstalled game. I checked the firewall. Internet is ok, works well. Someone had/has similar problem?

Try this fix:
Goto https://support.sectigo.com/Com_Know...A01N000000rfBO scroll down to Root Certificates and download SHA-2 Root : USERTrust RSA Certification Authority. Run the file. Click install certificate, next and finish.
